The group-trip classic: one family arrives Wednesday for a week that started Monday — what do they owe? This does the math fairly, night by night. Per-person mode divides each night's cost among the people actually there that night, so late arrivals and early departures pay their true share (and pricier weekend nights land on whoever's there for them). Tip: the group decides what counts as a "person" — it's fine to count a toddler as 0.

Check-in after 4:00 PM · check-out by 10:00 AM. We can occasionally accommodate early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaning schedule — just ask.
No events or parties
Riverbend Lodge is designed for peaceful getaways and meaningful gatherings. Weddings, parties, and organized events are not permitted — the lodge is for registered overnight guests.
Occupancy
Please respect the maximum guest count listed in your reservation. This keeps us in compliance with local regulations and ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.
No pets · No smoking inside
We love animals, but pets are not permitted at the lodge. No smoking inside the home.
Fire safety
Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish fires when finished.
Quiet enjoyment
The property is private, but we do have neighbors nearby. Please be respectful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.
River, trails & amenities — at your own risk
Kayaks, tubes, river access, the fire pit, and ORV/snowmobile trail use are enjoyed at your own risk — life jackets and common sense required. Guests assume all risk and responsibility for use of the property and its amenities, participation in outdoor and recreational activities, and any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during their stay.

Cancellation terms are stated plainly in your rental agreement and quote — ask us anything before you commit.
